Subscription Cancellation Requests

To cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, open a support ticket in our official Discord server or email mediarichchannel@gmail.com before your next billing date.

Your subscription is not considered canceled until TezzusTweaks processes the request and sends cancellation confirmation through Discord ticket reply or email.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, subscription, license key, renewal, cancellation, or access, contact TezzusTweaks first so we can help resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting support may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the related license key and software access.
