These Terms of Service apply to your purchase, download, activation, access, and use of TezzusTweaks products, subscriptions, license keys, software, and related services.

By purchasing, downloading, activating, accessing, or using TezzusTweaks, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Digital Software Product

TezzusTweaks is a digital software product. No physical product is shipped.

Access may be provided by license key, email, order confirmation page, download link, account access, or another authorized digital delivery method.

License

TezzusTweaks is licensed, not sold.

Your purchase gives you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the software according to the plan you purchased.

You do not own the software, source code, license system, branding, designs, graphics, content, or intellectual property related to TezzusTweaks.

License Key Use

Each license key is for the purchasing customer only unless TezzusTweaks clearly states otherwise in writing.

You may not:

- Share your license key.
- Sell or resell your license key.
- Transfer your license key without permission.
- Post your license key publicly.
- Leak, publish, or distribute your license key.
- Use another customer’s license key.
- Attempt to bypass the license system.
- Attempt to crack, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, clone, copy, redistribute, or abuse the software.
- Use TezzusTweaks for fraudulent, abusive, illegal, unauthorized, or harmful activity.

TezzusTweaks reserves the right to suspend or permanently deactivate any license key connected to abuse, unauthorized sharing, resale, fraud, refunds, chargebacks, payment disputes, failed payments, or violation of these Terms.

Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly TezzusTweaks plans are recurring subscriptions.

Monthly subscriptions renew every month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Yearly subscriptions renew every year unless canceled before the next billing date.

By purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription, you authorize TezzusTweaks and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

Subscription Management

Customers do not have direct access to a subscription management portal.

Monthly and yearly subscriptions can only be canceled by opening a support ticket in the official TezzusTweaks Discord server or by emailing mediarichchannel@gmail.com.

Customers must request cancellation before the next billing date.

A subscription is not considered canceled until TezzusTweaks processes the request and sends cancellation confirmation through Discord ticket reply or email.

License Access for Subscriptions

Monthly and yearly license keys require an active paid subscription.

If a subscription is canceled, expired, unpaid, refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed, paused, skipped, or modified to avoid billing, the related license key and software access may be suspended or permanently disabled.

Lifetime Licenses

A lifetime license is a one-time purchase.

A lifetime license means access for the lifetime of the TezzusTweaks product. It does not guarantee lifetime access to every future product, future service, future platform, third-party service, operating system version, feature, integration, or separate product.

TezzusTweaks may update, modify, remove, replace, or discontinue features at any time.

Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the TezzusTweaks Refund Policy.

If a refund is issued, the related license key, account, and software access may be suspended or permanently disabled.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have a problem with your order, subscription, renewal, cancellation, license key, or software access, you agree to contact TezzusTweaks first through Discord support or email so we can try to resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, bank dispute, payment reversal, or similar claim without first contacting TezzusTweaks may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the related license key, account, and software access.

If a payment dispute or chargeback is opened, TezzusTweaks may provide evidence to the payment processor, payment provider, Shopify, and/or issuing bank. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:

- Order records
- Checkout records
- Customer email
- Billing details
- Product purchased
- Subscription plan selected
- Recurring billing terms
- Refund Policy
- Terms of Service
- Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
- Digital Delivery Policy
- License key delivery logs
- Email delivery records
- Software activation records
- Software access logs
- Discord support ticket records
- Email communications
- Cancellation request history
- Refund request history
- IP address, device, or system information if available
- Proof that the customer agreed to TezzusTweaks policies before purchase

Software Performance and Results

TezzusTweaks is designed to help optimize system settings and improve system performance.

Results may vary depending on hardware, software, operating system, drivers, installed programs, user configuration, internet connection, background processes, and other factors.

TezzusTweaks does not guarantee a specific FPS increase, latency reduction, benchmark score, performance result, or system improvement.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for using TezzusTweaks correctly.

You are responsible for reviewing any changes made to your system.

You are responsible for maintaining backups of important files, system settings, and data.

You are responsible for making sure your device, operating system, and configuration are compatible.

You agree not to use TezzusTweaks in a way that violates any law, third-party rights, software agreement, platform rule, anti-cheat rule, game rule, or other applicable policy.

No Warranty

TezzusTweaks is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TezzusTweaks disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, compatibility, and error-free performance.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TezzusTweaks is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, system issues, software conflicts, performance issues, downtime, or inability to access the software.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of TezzusTweaks for any claim related to the product, software, subscription, license key, or service will not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product or subscription during the 30 days before the claim.

Account and Access Termination

TezzusTweaks may suspend, disable, revoke, or terminate access if we believe a customer has violated these Terms, abused the license system, engaged in fraud, opened abusive disputes, misused the software, shared a license key, or failed to maintain an active paid subscription.

Changes to the Product

TezzusTweaks may update, modify, remove, replace, or discontinue features, functions, designs, compatibility, or services at any time.

Changes to These Terms

TezzusTweaks may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website.

Your continued use of TezzusTweaks after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
