This Refund Policy applies to purchases of TezzusTweaks products, subscriptions, license keys, and digital software access.

Digital Product Notice

TezzusTweaks is a digital software product delivered by license key and/or digital access. No physical product is shipped.

After successful payment, customers may receive a license key, download/access instructions, or digital access by email, order confirmation page, or another authorized delivery method.

By purchasing TezzusTweaks, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product and that access may be delivered immediately after checkout.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

TezzusTweaks offers a 7-day money-back guarantee from the original purchase date.

To request a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of purchase by one of the following methods:

Your refund request must include the email address used at checkout and/or your order number so we can locate your purchase.

Refund requests made after 7 days may be denied.

Subscription Renewals

Monthly and yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing date.

Cancellation stops future billing. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments or renewal charges that have already processed.

Renewal payments may be non-refundable if the customer did not request cancellation before the renewal billing date.

How to Cancel a Subscription

Customers do not have direct access to a subscription management portal.

To cancel a monthly or yearly subscription, you must contact TezzusTweaks before your next billing date by opening a support ticket in our official Discord server or by emailing mediarichchannel@gmail.com.

Your cancellation request must include the email address used at checkout and/or your order number.

Cancellation requests received after a renewal payment has already processed will apply to future renewals and do not automatically qualify for a refund.

License Key Deactivation

If a refund is issued, the related license key, account access, and software access may be suspended or permanently disabled.

If a payment is reversed, disputed, charged back, refunded, or found to be fraudulent, the related license key and software access may be suspended or permanently disabled.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds may be denied in the following situations:

- The refund request is made more than 7 days after the purchase date.
- The customer failed to request subscription cancellation before the renewal billing date.
- The customer violated the TezzusTweaks Terms of Service.
- The customer shared, resold, transferred, leaked, abused, or attempted to misuse a license key.
- The customer attempted to bypass, crack, reverse engineer, modify, or abuse the software or license system.
- There is evidence of fraud, chargeback abuse, payment abuse, or unauthorized payment activity.
- The customer has already received a refund for a previous TezzusTweaks purchase.
- The license key was delivered, activated, accessed, or used and the refund request appears abusive or fraudulent.
- The customer opened a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting TezzusTweaks support first.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you have an issue with your order, subscription, renewal, license key, or software access, you must contact us first through our official Discord support server or by email so we can help resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, bank dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting us may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the related license key, account, and software access.

If a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or bank dispute is opened, TezzusTweaks reserves the right to provide evidence to the payment processor, payment provider, Shopify, and/or issuing bank. Evidence may include, but is not limited to:

- Order details
- Customer email
- Billing details
- Product purchased
- Subscription plan selected
- Checkout records
- Recurring billing terms
- Refund Policy
- Terms of Service
- Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
- Digital Delivery Policy
- License key delivery records
- Email delivery records
- Keyshop or license delivery logs
- Software activation records
- Login or access logs
- Discord support ticket history
- Email communication history
- Cancellation request history
- Refund request history
- IP address, device, or system information if available
- Proof that the customer agreed to TezzusTweaks policies before purchase

Payment Dispute Access Suspension

If a customer opens a chargeback, payment dispute, payment reversal, or bank dispute, the related license key and software access may be disabled while the dispute is reviewed.

If the dispute is resolved in favor of TezzusTweaks, access may be restored at our discretion.

If the payment is reversed, refunded, or not recovered, the license key and software access may remain permanently disabled.
