This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy applies to monthly and yearly TezzusTweaks subscriptions.

Subscription Portal Access

Customers do not have direct access to manage, pause, skip, modify, or cancel TezzusTweaks subscriptions through a customer subscription portal.

Because TezzusTweaks is a digital software subscription and not a physical product shipment, pause and skip features are not supported.

How to Cancel

To cancel your monthly or yearly subscription, you must contact TezzusTweaks before your next billing date by one of the following methods:

Your cancellation request must include the email address used at checkout and/or your order number so we can locate your subscription.

Cancellation Timing

Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next renewal payment is processed.

If a cancellation request is received after a renewal payment has already processed, the cancellation will apply to future renewals and the processed renewal payment may not be refunded.

Customers are responsible for requesting cancellation before the next billing date.

Cancellation Confirmation

A subscription is not considered canceled until TezzusTweaks processes the request and sends a cancellation confirmation through Discord ticket reply or email.

We will make reasonable efforts to process cancellation requests as quickly as possible.

Automatic Renewal

Monthly subscriptions automatically renew every month until canceled.

Yearly subscriptions automatically renew every year until canceled.

By purchasing a monthly or yearly subscription, you authorize TezzusTweaks and its payment processor to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is canceled.

Monthly Plan

The monthly plan renews every month unless canceled before the next billing date.

Yearly Plan

The yearly plan renews every year unless canceled before the next billing date.

Lifetime Plan

The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Lifetime Purchase Clarification

A lifetime license means access for the lifetime of the TezzusTweaks product. It does not mean the lifetime of the customer, company, device, operating system, Shopify store, payment processor, Discord server, or any third-party platform.

Access After Cancellation

Monthly and yearly license keys require an active paid subscription.

When a subscription is canceled, expired, refunded, charged back, disputed, reversed, unpaid, or otherwise not in good standing, the related license key and software access may be suspended or permanently disabled.

Pause / Skip Policy

Subscription pause and skip features are not supported for TezzusTweaks.

If a subscription is paused, skipped, modified to avoid billing, or otherwise prevented from renewing, TezzusTweaks may treat the subscription as canceled and disable the related license key and software access.

Failed Payments

If a subscription payment fails, TezzusTweaks or its payment processor may retry the payment.

If payment is not successfully completed, the subscription may be canceled and the related license key and software access may be disabled.

Refunds

Canceling a subscription stops future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous payments.

Refund requests are handled according to the TezzusTweaks Refund Policy.

Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing the subscription plan selected at checkout.

Customers are responsible for understanding that monthly and yearly plans renew automatically.

Customers are responsible for contacting TezzusTweaks before the next billing date if they want to cancel.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate checkout information, including a valid email address.

Chargebacks and Disputes

If you have a billing issue, renewal issue, cancellation issue, license key issue, or access issue, you must contact TezzusTweaks first through Discord support or email so we can help resolve the issue.

Opening a chargeback, payment dispute, bank dispute, or payment reversal without first contacting TezzusTweaks may result in suspension or permanent deactivation of the related license key and software access.

Policy Agreement

By purchasing a monthly or yearly TezzusTweaks subscription, you agree to this Purchase Options Cancellation Policy, the Refund Policy, the Terms of Service, and the Digital Delivery Policy.
